Is there a way to get investors to gradually Invest so the market goes up a little Each day without big sell offs? It would look better.?

    Give everybody a steady income and make 401(k) plans opt-out instead of opt-in.

    You are quite confused about how/why stock prices go up or down.

     

    Stocks are bought every single day the market is open whether it goes up by 5% or down by 10%.  

    What's the problem with a sell-off?   Don't you like to get good stuff at a discount?
