Have you heard of "Ghost Kitchens"?

It's a business, not paranormal. It is basically a time share of a kitchen rental space and people order by phone or online, and then they carry out or deliver said food. Do you think it will be profitable even after 2020?

Yes, because they do not have to cater to people coming in.  They do ONLY carry out orders.  So you can have a KFC open for customers...and around the corner is their 'Ghost Kitchen' where they only prepare food for the Door Dash, Uber Eats, Post Mates and other food services.

This was becoming a 'thing' 2 years BEFORE the pandemic.  It will be bigger after.

They are called commercial kitchens here, you rent them by the day or hour.  Call any caterer and ask where they are located.
