Where to move. Dallas or Atlanta? ?
I’m from Arkansas 3hrs away from Dallas in a small small town, but I rarely go there. But I’m about 2 months I’m going to make a big move and i can it decide where to move too. My family stays in Arkansas and Oklahoma sooooo that’s making me want to go to Dallas but I have always wanted to move off. What’s a better place for a young adult to start. (I am going to secure a job before I go to whichever city) also have my own car.

In my opinion both are nice cities to live in, although they have their cons. I personally have been to Dallas about 6 times, but haven't been to Atlanta except landing in the airport a couple of times. However, I've heard great things about Atlanta as well. Both of these cities have a lot of great things in common, such as having an international airport, a lot of things to do, nice food, and a great workforce. However, both cities have a high crime rate and a lot of traffic. Weather wise, both cities are hot in the summer, although Dallas is hotter and in winter, both cities are mild compared to many other major cities (Chicago, Boston, NYC, etc.), but they are still susceptible to cold fronts and occasional ice/snow. Winters are pretty similar in Dallas and Atlanta, although Atlanta is a bit cooler on average.
Overall, you should choose the city you think is better for you based on your interests and job preferences. Good luck!!

The area just north of Dallas is growing and probably has better job possibilities.
