I have always thought of Beaverton as an overwhelmingly middle class suburb since at least the 1970s. Of course there are exceptions, but there are only a few small areas of neighborhoods of lower middle class and of upper class.

But Beaverton sure beats (by being more uniform) more disparate areas like Damascus, Sherwood, and Troutdale.
