    yup they do its not written anywhere but as a postmates employee i always cut people because time is money need to be quick and unfortunately sometimes i have to cut people to keep the customer happy

    Depending. If they are picking up inside then of course they do they are fast trekking for their work as employees that work as private contractors. They are not liable to any sort of discomfort they cause to you unless it’s unlawful. They don’t sign warrants, waivers, nothin’. Since the food that they came for is usually already ready for pickup there they can go ahead and cut you to grab what they need. If it’s a drive thru or the food hasn’t been ordered yet then they should wait behind you then respectfully and patiently.
