Philadelphia democrats have run Philadelphia forever and into the ground, Is there any doubt they'll cheat this election also?

Why did you post this in the travel group? What I find amusing is how democrats are so often accused with cheating, yet republicans are the ones who get charged.  Either democrats aren't cheating, or they are better at it. 

Philadelphia has a long history of corrupt politicians and there is absolutely no doubt they will cheat.

There's no doubt that they won't, because it would be pointless.  Philadelphia is very easy for them to win without having to cheat.

Every major city is Democratic or Independent. Republicans cannot run a major city. It isn't about cheating. It's about Republicans catering only to rich white heterosexual Christian males and getting only 60% of them.
