Should I report this?

One day when my boss was not there, me and fellow employee's were talking about the boss. I called the boss swear words and stupid. We all laughed. The next day, one of the employee's told the boss what I had said. Then, the boss from then on started to harass me.

She got into my face and yelled at me for stupid things. She kept trying to get me fired. She even threatened to beat me up.

What should I do? This is not right. Should I report this?

Report it to who? If she is your boss and she wants you fired what is stopping her? You have learned a valuable lesson, be careful what you say it can and often does come back to bite you.

Your questions range from the ridiculous to the bizarre.  This is less interesting than the server who spit in your drink but more interesting than the last time this happened to a friend of yours BUT you were not in any way involved.  I think you should retain legal counsel and SUE over the spit in your drink, the several times you and fellow "employee's" were criticizing the boss, your friend (or you) getting fired (which changes from question to question) and all of your other legal issues.

Yes, it is not right to threaten to beat someone up.  Notify the Police - in fact, notify the same Police who took the report about someone spitting into your drink.

That's interesting since seven minutes ago you said a "friend" was fired for the same thing.  What a coincidence!
