How did you lose weight?
I am 280 lbs. I just keep eating. It's like nonstop eating. I am afraid I might eat myself into the grave. How can I lose weight when all I think about is food? I try to exercise some times but then I stop. I'm not consistent. Help?

Vegan diet, no gluten, milk and dairy products, no alcohol, no sugar. Substitute vitamins and minerals and trace elements. Drink clean water.

Try eating just a little less. If you're thinking about food all the time, eat carrots as much as you like. Then try making exercising fun and while you're doing it, think about how you'll feel better afterwards and how much weight you'll lose. Take little steps.
