The Russians landed robots on the moon over 50 years ago. The Americans landed robots and humans on the moon over 50 years ago. The Russians may now be ruled by the tyrannical Chinese but even as a Soviet BLOC country they had capability and used it. The Chinese can't make anything of their own that really works and doesn't break apart within a very short time. All their space-faring technologies are stolen, copied and plagiarized from Russia, America, Japan, Switzerland, France, Italy etc, etc. China has to use threats and deception to control Russia much as it's trying to do to America, EU, India and Japan. There are people who think America and Russia are now Chinese puppets in China's monopoly of world control and they unfortunately might be right if the world lets them get away with it.

China will now plant its flag on the dark side of the moon and claim everything up there that cannot be seen through a telescope as Chinese territory.
