Are you somebody or know somebody under the ages of 50 or 40, that sends out Christmas cards to family and friends?
I don't believe that anybody under the age of 50, that sounds Christmas cards even on an annual basis to family and friends, but if you are or not somebody under these ages that does, prove me wrong. You don't have to say the age of you, or this person.

My 54 year old wife sent out 40 X-mas cards on Friday and my 84 year old mother was sending out 40 today.

well, this year, the mail is so slow and backed up, it was useless to send out cards.

I agree a lot less people send Christmas cards than they used to.
I still get a lot of Christmas photo cards. Not cards that open....just a family photo(s) with a happy holidays message. Not even a signature.
I also have coworkers and neighbors who give me things like holiday cookies or other treats in which case I will often use a holiday card to write my thank-you note.
But no, I do not have a "Christmas card list" and do not regularly send out Christmas cards.

I have never received a Christmas card from anyone other than my old elementary teachers and my parents' friends. My family members, even my older relatives, don't send out Christmas cards. My grandparents, aunts and uncles usually send a Merry Christmas text along with a gift that was sent out.
