If videos of Chinese people falling down like boards during COVID are true, why did this happen? 5G killed them  thru "mark of the beast"?

That's what I am confused about. When the covid thing started around this time last year in China we were hearing about "people collapsing in the street from covid" so how come this doesn't happen in other countries too? Does the media just make up the news as it goes along?

Without any reference to the videos and not creditable source cited, we have to assume that you are building your argument on am false premise and thus your conclusion is can only be evaluated as true (at least for scope of your argument).  However your "videos" and argument do not match reality in any way.  5G is a marketing and meaningless term similar to 3G programming languages as the only reason to use either term is to sell more product to ignorant users.

5G is in about five countries.  Covid-19 is all over the world.
