No but occasionally on Thanksgiving we used to when my uncle was still alive and his family spoke to us. They vanished after he died for some reason.

in recent years,  I've been doing a dinner party, with a small crowd, and the highlight at midnight, is that me, and another guest, always bring a bag of fireworks, and we sort of like to see who brought the best ones. .....in a friendly bit of showmanship.

Mostly all the showy Sparkly ones.....not the massive explosive kind.....as the host has pets, and animals  hate the loud exploding kind.

She hosts the party,  because she has the massive kitchen space.....

and we alll bring food and booze and the fireworks , of course.

But we couldn't do it this year, because of the Covid restrictions, and the other guests would have to  had come from out of town .-----so everyone just had to stay home this year.

But usually, yes,  we usually set off about 10- 15 minutes of  fireworks.....in rapid succession, and then dash back inside, to finish off all the booze  and dessert.
