I think at 12:01 on Jan 20 all America should get together and give him a great big "YOU'RE FIRED",, that should make him feel right at home.

There is a traditional way for the outgoing President to say farewell, but Trump doesn't want that because he won't be the center of attention, so he has planned a nice expensive show at which he is the star.

Not farewell but so long for now.  Trump will be reelected as soon as the Biden $hit-show is over.  Until then, Biden will keep the chair warm for 2024 if he's not removed first.
