Will be able to use the word inpired on my product title, Example Creed have a product called Aventus, Will i be able to use the title 'Aventus Inspired' on my product title.
But the picture will have a differnt name, it will not states 'Aventus Inspired'

You can do it until someone informs the owner of the rights to that name. The rights owner can then issue an order to cease and desist and may even be able to sue.
There are specialist intellectual property lawyers who use ‘bots to scan the web for such infringements. Some do that only for existing clients, others additionally do it to approach rights owners to get work commissions.
Even if your product has a totally different name and doesn’t mention Aventus in any way, you could be sued for simply selling a fragrance which smells largely the same. But that’s much more difficult to prove and really only likely if someone buys your goods, notices a distinct similarity, and then reports it to the rights owner.
