USPS post office tracking question?

Hi, a package I am expecting from my local post office the tracking told me this morning at 610 am was out for delivery. Then at 730 am I get another notification that my package was at the post office? Im just wondering why the change?

    trump defunded the USPS and put an idiot in charge .

    It could have simply been due to a postal delivery worker having an accident, going sick after starting work, or having to leave mailbags behind because of no room on the delivery van.

    But this is Yahoo! Answers, not Yahoo! Well-Meaning Guesses.

    Ask USPS if you need a definitive answer.
