Completely out of nowhere, all of a sudden, feeling very warm and nauseas?

Came completely out of nowhere. Within seconds, I went from perfectly fine to hot and feeling like I'm going to throw up. What could cause this?

Update:

I took my sweatshirt off, moved to my garage because it's cold in there, and drank a lot of water. No effect.

With an out-of-nowhere onset, allergic reaction or poisoning (like food poisoning) would be my guess.

A big dose of caffeine can do this a zinc tablet can do that vitamin B12 can do that. Certain medication like a antacid pill can give you a reaction like that
