Yes the recipe does exist and if you try putting your statement in google you will likely get thousands of 'best' recipes - but 'best' is very very subjective.

It's pretty straight-forward to make a cheeseburger and fries. Not sure why a person needs a recipe for that.

    There’s a recipe for fries?

You'll never beat the standard that fast food has set for burgers and fries, be it good or bad, by making it in your own kitchen.  So lets just get that out of the way.  Strangely enough, YOU CAN best the burger and fries from many casual chains.  You go get a burger and fries from someplace like TGI Fridays or Red Robin or Ruby Tuesday and get it to-go and take it home and put it on a plate and take a picture.  Then the next day or week make a burger and fries, same amounts of food but it could be different type of burger and fries, and then put it on a plate and take a picture.... you will see that you can make a better burger and fries than casual chains.  SO what does all that mean???  It means fast food chains got the best burger and fries recipes... you want to argue a bar burger and fries, go ahead, those fast food burgers and fries are a lot more known and consistent and outlast a whole lot of other places burgers and fries.

The Best one is the one you make at home. At least you have Some control of how much Sodium and other ingredients put into the dish.

That really doesn't require a recipe.

garbage is still garbage, even if you make it in a pretty way, so no changing the recipe won't help.
