Why is a question mark added at the end of questions? ?

Even if I include a question mark, another is added, why?

    That’s just the way this website works. It’s a Q&A site, so it makes sense that each question would end in a question mark.

    People who made site made it so. Maybe coz it is called answers so a question is asked and when qs are asked they have a ❓ at the 🔚 of it haha

    being a site for asking questions, the question mark is pre-set if you ask. you don't need to put it on.
