How come you can say South Africa virus strain but not China virus strain?

Is it PC gone amuck?

    You can call Covid 19 the Chinese Virus it's just that Winnie the Pooh the chinese dictator  doesn't like it.

    The original virus came from China, which everybody knows so there is no need to state that. It's only necessary to name the variations that have come later.
