Will toothpaste dry out zits? (including body acne? ?

Witch hazel will work better and not make bleach marks on your sheets, as will toothpaste (which also will irritate your skin) or "benzoyl peroxide".

yes but it must be the white kind not gel. also i suggest covering the toothpaste with tape or a bandaid, because otherwise the toothpaste will dry out and it only works when it's still wet. and spot treating only because it's too drying otherwise. your skin will peel if you don't. moisturize too!

TOOTHPASTE MAY HELP HOWEVER IT MAY ALSO CAUSE IRRITATED SKIN.
Might try hydrogen peroxide to apply to areas.
Exercise regular.
Have less stress if able.
Cut out some dairy if not all.
Eat fruits and veggies, salads, grain foods and beans.
Avoid sweets sodas candy, breads, sugary cereals.
EXFOLIATION
Try some fish oil supplements
Apply aloe- vera to areas needed.
Low dose zinc useage.
Green tea place on acne.
Take an aspirin crush it make a paste apply a small amount to area most needed let rest for 10 mins wash off warm water.
Use a few drops of tea green oil and coconut oil apply let rest for an hour remove with warm water.
Hony apply a dab to area let set rinse off with warm water.

No, there is zero evidence to support the idea that toothpaste would have any positive effect on acne.

Nope it's an internet myth. People who have tried it ended up with a burnt hole on their face.
