Do you think Daylight Savings Time (March 14) is an outdated practice or a thing of the past?

Yes. Counter productive, the cause of perturbation, futile and pointless.

If one wants to get "more day light", one should get up earlier. No need to impose silly and arbitrary changes to everyone. By definition, 'midnight' is supposed to be the MIDDLE of the night, that means that there should be as much time since the sun went down as there should be until it rises. Likewise, 'noon' is supposed to be mid-day.

In my area, someone was issuing a petition to eliminate time change and make the 'daylight saving' a year round feature. That is dumb. So I went ahead and made a petition to make the REGULAR, SOLAR time a year round feature.

If someone so much want to have one hour difference, they are welcome to move to a different time zone.

Its stupid, the concept and reasoning is stupid

There is still 24 hours in a day, there are still the same numbers of hours of darkness and daylight.

    Needs to stop

I think they should just drop DST, and let the time stay the same.

You won't find any fans of it.  The only reason it is around comes from the fact that people are more likely to stop at a store on the way home from work if it is light out

It's not really an important issue for me, one way or the other.  If it went away, it would be no big deal.
