Do women who never had kids age more slowly than mothers?

It's more that women who put their bodies through growing another human inside of us and then face the next years with little to no sleep do significant damage to their bodies - resulting in looking aged. It sucks the life out of a woman!

Not that I have noticed. I have friends with children and friends without kids and we have all seemed to age at about the same rate. The big difference is that now some of us have both children and grandchildren, while others do not.

Women who have had children actually live slightly longer on average than women who never had children. However, the discrepancy probably has less to do with the act of having children rather than relative health of women who are able to have children vs. those who do not. Women with health problems that might ultimately impact their lifespan are less likely to have children overall, or will have fewer children in order to put less risk on their health.

Are you asking because of how stressful it is bringing up children, or because of the toll it takes carrying a child then giving birth?
