How do I bring up to the guy I e been seeing for 4-5 months, how he feels or what he’s really looking for in this? He’s told me before he likes me and he’s falling for me but I just don’t know how to bring up this convo on what he expects out of this

When he said he was falling for you would have been the perfect opening to ask him if he wants to be monogamous. That's usually the first step in figuring out if a relationship has any longterm potential. But at 4-5 months in it's not like he's going to propose marriage or anything. So be patient.
