Of course, but not often.  Once found a wasp in a can of tortellini.  And a fake fingernail in a restaurant burrito. 

Not so far anyway however my brother's best friend in grade school  found a rat 

within his food at KFC & so from that point on, has called it Kentucky Fried Rat.

Hair. If at home its ok, you know when your family member had their last shower (can safely take it out and eat). Out side food, if found one should reject the whole.

Yes, I bought a cheese sandwich and I found the corner of a milk carton in it, the bit you cut off to get the milk out. 

Found a little pearl in my oyster. Couldn't believe my luck. Next day I bought 20 lottery tickets. Count that as a $40 loss.

I've seen hair in it, yes. And it looks like pubes.
