Who created the way we live ?

Capitalism was the result of choices made by powerful people who wanted to defend and extend their power, by means of enclosing land, colonising other countries, imposing slavery, and forcing the vast majority to work for wages. 

I assume you're in a position to relocate. Otherwise, perhaps you have reaped what you have sown. I feel blessed to have what I got. I worked hard. Now I'm comfortably retired early w/ many choices. All my possessions are paid for including my residence. Thank you to all the people who helped make the way I live possible.
