Name a vegetable you refuse to eat?

Green peas my darling 

Leek. I'm find with most vegetables but leek makes me lose my appetite

Cauliflower, raw. 

While she was alive, when I would be over at my grandma's visiting, even as a teenager, I'd slip it to her dog, a black lab whom I later inherited, underneath the table when she wasn't looking, which surprisingly he'd eat without any hesitation.

I always loved her cooking, she was a damn-fine cook, always made great down-home meals, the kind you'd get if you were living on a farm, but when it came to cauliflower, especially raw, as much as I loved her meals, that was one item I just couldn't stomach.

I don't have one MA.

Peas, green beans, brussels sprouts and baby corn

Water chestnuts, Lima beans  and those little baby corns.

Also I don't think mushroom is one but that too
