Does this  red weird mole or dot look cancerous or is it Normal what can it be ?

    Looks more like a pimple than a mole. My wife has red moles and it does not look like that.

    Looks like a scar from a previous injury not quite or correctly healed. 

    If you want a professional opinion,  ask the dermatologist or just your regular doctor.

    Doubt it’s a mole. But I suspect it’s easily taken off. And certainly not cancer
