Did she hear you?, maybe she was busy, is she shy? Just forget about it or you could ask her about it instead of asking here. Don't worry about it.

Sometimes people are shy, or caught off guard. Sometimes people can be rude to. There is one person at my work who doesn't talk to anyone. You'll say Hi, alright? He'll just look at you then look away.
