If I sign up for USPS informed delivery will it show everyone's mail that lives in my house or just mail with my name on it?

It should show you images of everything for your household. So, you need to check with everybody else in your house whether or not they have a problem with you doing that.
You will only get a preview of your letter-sized mail. Bigger pieces, like things in large manila envelopes, catalogs or magazines will not be included in a preview. You will be able to track any packages coming, but not view an image.
I guess it's an OK service. I wouldn't bother with it.
