Why is Italy so different in terms of people ?
I have been to a lot of countries but Italy is very different from the North to the South, people have very different attitudes, also in other countries there are differences but it's less marked because usually in other countries people in general are or cold or warm, in Italy people in the North are reserved and quiet, in the South outgoing and loud

Italy has only been united as a country fairly recently. Look it up. Regions in Italy maintain their cultures, in food and culture. But you're wrong about other countries. There are huge differences between the north and the south in the US, the UK, Germany, and many other countries.
