How to budget for UK Council Tax?
Hi, I am moving to London in Mid May. I am budgeting for Council Tax payments but I am not sure on the actual values. Meaning: I move in mid may, thus I pay only from then for the remainder of the year or, I ought to pay the full 12 months?

You pay council tax for 10 months a year. So you'll pay council tax from when you move in to around March, when there's a gap.
Make sure you register with the council as soon as you move in

You pay when you move in. The owner/previous renter pays for April. Contact the Council about the changeover date for May.

You legally have to register with the council when you move in, you pay from the date you move in
