People who say that aren't connected to reality. For example, when you get on a plane or go to the hospital, you rightfully expect the  pilots or doctors to be professional and do their jobs right. Therefore you need to differentiate between reasonable and unreasonable expectations and the various degrees in between. There is no such thing as a life devoid of all expectations.

  • Hello, i add, a person in a life is work individually, and a person in a life is work with group of persons optionally, then a person expect anything from himself and from anothers, the both are true and optional.

Peaceful.  Happiness equals reality minus expectations.  Or in other words expectations can ruin a perfectly good thing.
