Why do i keep seeing a microsoft logo after taking a covid vaccine?

Yesterday I just got my first coronavirus vaccine shot, i felt a bit sick but everything was otherwise fine. The next morning i see a computer window in front of my eyes but there was no computer. it keeps asking me to accept a microsoft terms of service!!! i only use android computers so i would prefer if it went away. Please H E L P thank you :)

    They gotcha!  You bleeding hosebag of misinformation!  You already ARE being tracked by corporations via numerous means,  but mostly your phone and internet use.

    You sold out when you voted for the GOP...and you probably didn't even know it!  

    You conspiracy nuts crack me up!  Pacing in circles, waving your hands about fabrications whilst your life is being hijacked right before your eyes.

    Now I don't know if you're joking or not but back in the days of Windows XP the rumor circulated around that if you watched the screen of a computer booting up that you would see the windows logo stuck in your mind at night or the Internet explorer stuck open.

    It is said that they published what is called the Microsoft shut down supplement. Which was a video of a set of code and flashes that was played on the screen.

    To get the image out of a person's head that had been exposed to the early windows.

    I actually had a copy of that on an old hard drive. But it's been so many years I doubt that I still have the video.
