What is that called when someone is nice to you upfront but behind the closet they are a different story?

When someone is nice to you upfront, but behind the closet they are a different way, they change personality and attitude.

    I don't appreciate it and I'll tell you why: Because to get behind my closet they have to go through the wall and that means I have to plaster up the hole later.
