Sanitizing a grocery item during Covid 19?

I have gotten my 2nd Pfizer Covid Vaccine 18 days ago(nearly 2 weeks ago). I work in retail. Whenever I take a break while at work I get snacks and a bottle of water or sport drinks. I sanitize the items before I open it to eat or drink. Now that I’ve been vaccinated twice for nearly 2 weeks I don’t need to sanitize the item anymore?

You may also have to adhere to two-hour parking restrictions and pay for parking meters—yes, even carts. Also be careful to park as close to the curb as possible—and never double-park. The water system in any food truck generates hot water through a water heater. Your food truck's water heater will be powered by electricity. This means that they are easy to install and efficient. Food trucks get their power from three main sources, such as portable diesel generators, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders and solar panels attached to the roof of the food truck.

Well, the drink will be bottled and the snack wrapped, so your not eating the 'containers'.

No you do not need the sanitize your items you didn't even need to do this before the pandemic items such as chips candy bars bottles of soda water whatever kind of stuff it may be are sealed at the warehouse when they are packaged as long as you don't lick the bottle or suck on the bottle cap you will be fine but here's some real piece of advice stop living in fear live your life you could die tomorrow suddenly stop listening to these covid-19 fear-mongers I don't believe covid-19 is deadly anymore now before you covid-19 fear-mongerers wish death on me I had covid-19 so please don't wish me to end up on a ventilator or die in a coffin I know that's how you guys work but I had covid-19 I got very sick but I did not die so please do not believe these idiots out here go on with your life if you feel a bottle of soda or water maybe dirty because somebody touched it you can use a sanitizing wipe to wipe it down if you choose to as far as fruits and vegetables you should always wash those they do spray pesticide on them anything that comes in a box or bag that's sealed from the warehouse is safe just do the normal thing when you're at home and you buy something that's sealed and you open it dump it into a container throw away the packaging wash your hands and then enjoy your item

Oh yeah to the covid-19 fearmongers you guys should be ashamed of yourself but considering you really have no shame it's hard for you to have any

You never needed to sanitize them in the first place.

There comes a point where Paranoia rules your life. You have had two shots? Just LIVE.

Covid19 has mutated and numerous variants are currently circulating in the US. There are no or few scientific studies of the efficacy of available vaccines in protecting against these variants. I would continue to mask, wash hands and sanitize foods until you get an all-clear from public health that you are protected against these variants.

I hope your work in retail doesn't involve numbers - 18 days ago is more than 2 weeks, not “nearly 2 weeks ago”.

Vaccination doesn't 100% prevent you from catching (or carrying) the virus.
