What's the safest best cat food?

I have a soon to be 2 year old car and I'm looking to change his food bc the one he's eating atm has alot of recalls. If there's any vets out there or someone who knows this type of stuff I'd highly appreciate it. Just need to know what is the best dry cat food out there?

    Meow Mix is the absolute lowest quality junk, and loaded with dyes that have no value at best.

    My cats get several different dry foods:  Greenies for treats, and Authority, Hills Science Diet, Nulo, and Royal Canin.  My theory is that anything lacking in one is likely found in the others.
