Do Christians hate me if I am Jew who loves Jesus the Messiah?

No, the good ones among us do not hate you.  Nor Jews either, for that matter.

You don't have to believe in the Trinity to be a Christian.  Jesus was not a Trinitarian.  Neither was St. Paul.  The Trinity is a heresy that did not fully take over Christianity until the fourth century AD. 

Study your Bible.  It speaks clearly of a new Covenant.  Jesus Christ is the prophet greater than Moses, whom we should hear in all things.

Psalm 51:11. Proverbs 30:4. Why have you chosen to deny God's Word? You are correct, Jesus is the Messiah, but I encourage you to read Colossians 1 & 2 (they were written by a Jew!) . For if the Law still enforce for you today, then I must ask where you are taking your burnt offerings for sacrifice? There is no Temple on the Temple Mount of Jerusalem and that is the only acceptable place to make offerings. You are therefore in violation of the Law. Do you travel there three time each year for the pilgrimage required under the Law? If not, then you must make a sacrifice.... oh, that's right, you can't. If you deny Jesus as God's Son, then you deny God as the Father. 1John 2:18-22 says that is the doctrine of antichrist! Keep Studying! Get saved! You're SO close!

We don't hate you but you are off doctrinally since  Jesus is God.  Refer to John 1:1 and 1:14.  

Jesus is more than the Messiah, he is God, manifested in his own Deity, of man!
