i lost my yahoo icon from my laptop how do i get it back?

    1.    Right click on empty space of the desktop and hover the mouse pointer over at New from the context menu.

    2.    Select Shortcut and type https://mail.yahoo.com/ web address in the address bar.

    3.    Click on Next and Finish.

    4.    Check if the shortcut icon is created on the desktop.

    5.    Double click on the created shortcut icon and configure the browser in which you like to open the page in.

    6.    Right click the icon, select rename, and name it Yahoo or whatever name you want .

    Don't worry about it. Very soon there will be no reason at all to even have a yahoo icon. Yahoo is falling apart. YA was just the next part to fall.
