What's the good alternative to Yahoo Answers?

In some Question-Answer sites I've been to, I can only ask a simple small question, without description. Here in YA, I could ask the main question at the top and add some details in the description, but Quora doesn't have it, Reddit, for some odd reason doesn't have it either. Where will I ask big questions now?

    I have been looking around also and may have to settle on some poster site or blog . Something with some back and forth .
