If a person is willing to kill & risk death to get out of going to jail over a misdemeanor, should the police let them go ?

Attempting to kill or risking lives to get out of a misdemeanor is probably going to be a felony once said and done

If the bad guys believe they can intimidate the police into backing down, can you imagine what they'll do to the average law-abiding citizen? 

If that lady cop didn't screw up and used her taser instead, no one would have heard about this incident at all. Daunte Wright would be just another dumbass moron who made a poor decision in resisting arrest and be sitting in jail awaiting trial
