Should I build another PC?

I have been thinking about building another PC for the family to use but it's probably a project for a later time when prices drop. If I was to do it, it will be a budget pc with no RGB.

    i would definitely wait till next year. prices, as you know, are just ridiculous right now...

    If I were you, I'd seriously consider giving up on the idea as it's obvious that YOU have absolutely NO IDEA what the acronym RGB means.  (RGB means Red Green Blue.)
