Good evening, why i can't change my profile picture? After i choose the photo it said "couldn't save cropped image". What should i do?

You need to p[rovide more details. Where are you trying to change the photo? The file type and Size? Make sure you do it in desktop mode and the picture is actually on your device, not just in memory. If you are actually in Yahoo Messenger, it will not work as Messenger has been abandoned.
