Why do police shoot and kill people that are not a threat in cases like George Floyd?

1) Floyd wasn't shot or killed 

2) Floyd was 6'5 250+, high on drugs and resisting arrest. How is that not a threat?

He was also handcuffed and falling onto the ground on his own. So yes...how IS that a threat?

I haven't listened to the trial much but I'm pretty sure George Floyd wasn't shot. 

Maybe all cops are not bulletproof like you!

Mr. Floyd was not shot by law enforcement.

They didn't shoot Floyd, just choke the life out of him
