How can I prevent my girlfriend from pack-bonding with the cars I sell?

This sounds like a dumb question already, I'm sure. I flip cars. I sell up to the legal limit (without a dealer license) every year. Problem is, my girlfriend falls in love with every car I get, and gets upset when I sell or trade them. What should I do?
