    Yes and no!

I think calling any animal a predator is better determined by actions than by species. Not all of us humans are predators. I have never once hunted and killed an animal for food and suspect I never will. So, I am not a predator.

In some societies, people's food is obtained by the hunting and killing of animals. Those who do this are predators.

I would not class those who farm animals or who work in abbatoirs as predators.

Humans are rubbish made weaklings, gators are far more dangerous if both were naked who would win? Gators, always.

Yup, and not only that, we're the apex predators, meaning there is very little that are above us in the food chain.
