Why is the Capitol Police officer who murdered an UNarmed woman, Ashli Babbit, not facing charges ?

She was completely unarmed ... why didn’t he taser her or shoot to wound??? Why did he murder her

Her (or she) was investigated by Capitol police (and the FBI) and the local District Attorney elected NOT to file charges. Considering that Babbitt was battering down an interior door in an attempt to "stop the steal", the shooting was considered justified.

Because she was in the middle of committing a felony, and was breaking through a barricade trying to get at the cops. She also was armed. She didn't have a gun, but she was carrying a pole she used to break down the door. And since one cop had already been literally beaten to death, I would have fired on here in self-defense too.
