Im headed up to Northern Wisconsin & am wondering if anyone knows if the Paulding Lights still appear at night? I havent been there in 30years and Im heading back with my childhood friend and was wondering if we should check it out again...

Okay...So a gal at work came in today with bruising around her mouth....All she said was she didnt want to talk about it....Anyway - I dont believe that anything "bad" happened to her (abuse or anything) but I know she has had botox injections before -- Could that be what it is? The bruises almost looked like a wavey line around her side and upper lip.

Why is there no sound on my laptop?... I let someone else use it who was house sitting and I'm wondering if they did something??? I checked and it doesnt seem to be muted or anything and the volume is turned up -- but no sound - What gives?

Just curious... I keep getting these automated calls from this toll free # and they leave a gerneric message offering no detail at all as to who they are calling for and just state they are calling in regards to a debt collection issue...

Well... Just so happens I happen to be a legit bad Debt Collection Supervisor for a reputable fortune100 company so I know my rights... And I also am very involved with watching my credit reports and I KNOW for a fact I am basically debt free.... So this company is calling either the wrong # or is grasping at straws at some old debt from many years ago that Im sure was already paid.... And is too old to even worry about now....

AND get this --- I was talking to some co-workers (mind you we work in collections) and a girl who works from me has also gotten some calls this past week.... Weird Huh? Our phone #'s are similiar so Im wondering do they just randomly call numbers in hopes of scamming someone?

Google their name or number and just read all of the rip-of reports...Interesting!

Im headed to the area with 3 friends next month and am looking for some fun places to eat/drink.. Preferably 30's+ crowd....

Sometimes when I go to flush my toilet I find there is no water in the tank. When I remove that tank lid I find that the float and ballcock are down and I can usually just tap it and the water quickly fills the tank again... why is it getting stuck and what can do?

I suspect that one of my dogs might not be able to see so well. He isnt blind but he gets scared if there are shiny spots on the floor, or using he stairs at night, and there has just been some other things where I seriously think he has a vision problem... Is there anything that can be done to test him and correct his vision?

I was out walking my dogs in my neighborhood earlier tonight and walked past a house... I beleive the kids are either adopted or foster kids (Obviously not biological kids) and the Dad was completely talking down to the young boy who was maybe 11 or 12. He was saying things like "Remember you own nothing....you have nothing...whaddya want - Your teddy Bear?" The boy was just standing there with this guy totally right in his face...almost yelling.... at him for a good 10-15 min. The kid seemed to want to go inside the house but the dad blocked the door and kept saying mean things... I don't know what the deal was exactly but I felt so bad for the kid I went home and called the cops....

I feel bad cuz maybe I should mind my own business since I dont know the whole story --- But I felt like the Dad was being a complete jerk.

I dont get it??? Why is it that you can buy a brand new smart car for about 1/2 of what the used ones are being sold for? Is it just becasue there is a waiting list?

When I try to start my laptop I get a weird error message that says "The application or DLL c:windows/system32/shell32.dll is not a valid windows image. please check against installation diskette". What the heck do I do now? I even tried to restore with my recovery disk and nothing happens.....HELP!

My employer is asking me to consider relocating to the California area near Buena Park. Im a single gal with 2 small dogs and I'd really need a place with a yard.... I know homes are pricey in CA -- so is there any safe, nicer areas that might be somewhat affordable and not too far from Buena Park (30 min).
