    Hi, I'm a new Witness and I've stumbled across something that I do not understand.

    In Luke 16:19, Jesus tells the story of the rich man and Lazarus. If we believe that there is no eternal punishment for nonbelievers, how is the rich man "in anguish in this blazing fire."? Luke 16:24 NWT.

  • What are these bumps on my dog?

    I have a Shar Pei/Boxer mix. She is two years old and has really sensitive skin. Today, I let her sunbathe on the step outside the house, and I noticed these swollen bumps on her. It can't be mosquitos, because those bites look like small bumps instead of large swollen areas. Please let me know if you have any idea. Thanks!

  • Can a loan have simple AND compound interest?

    I have a question about a math problem in Business and Consumer Math:

    "Your down payment is $200. The bank will be using simple interest over 12 months for your loan at an APR of 14% compounded monthly. This is a level-payment plan. The bank also adds a one-time $35 service charge for the loan."

    This doesn't make sense to me. Help please!
