I heard on DemocracyNOW a portion of the French Prime Minister saying that the UN is currently trying to destroy roughly 24 tons or 240 tons of chemical weapons gotten from Iraq. He is saying that Syria should have roughly 1000 tons of chemical weapons. I am wondering when the main stream media over here will run this story since this proves that Iraq did have WMD which the liberals have strongly denied for years.

But having people with signs outside of the early voting booth and people handing out Democrat voter guides is legal? Especially when there was about 10 to 12 people standing near the doors? This was in Akron, Ohio outside of the Summit County Election Board.

When I usually vote at my precinct, I am either have to tell people that I don't want a Democrat voter guide or I have guys trying to confront me after I voted.

I saw another Obama ad that was nothing more then a lie by the moderator at 60 minutes. I know my wife and I make a lot more then the 50K example the moderator used as an example of people who pay a higher income tax then Mitt Romney. Using just standard deductions on my combined income, I am only paying 10% actual in income tax. Even Politifact had to cook the numbers to get the upper middle class to pay more then 14%.

In the latest politiFact they are talking about Romney's taxes paid. This list the actual rates based on Urban Institute-Brookings INstitution Tax Policy Center. It is not until the top fifth that the average goes above 14%. Then later in the article they add in payroll taxes to the averages while ignoring the payroll taxes that Romney paid thus coming up with a half truth.

Obama's one ad is all about how Romney doesn't want the rich to pay their fair share while ignoring that roughly 50% of workers pay 0 income tax. In the past, when we needed to pay off debt everyone sacrificed to pay more in taxes. The Democrats keep bringing up the 91% for the wealthy back in the 1950's while ignoring the fact that the lowest tax rate was 35%.

Finally, it seems that everyone has forgotten that the biggest reason that we had the Great Recession is that all of the debt spending by the average person over almost two decades caused the average person to rethink their use of debt and how they spend their money.

Paid down the debt which is not true. During the Clinton years they reduced deficit spending but never too it to the positive. He also is currently saying on Face the Nation that we can't cut any programs at all but we need to reduce deficits. Makes no sense at all. Finally, he says that there are things we can cut but doesn't go into what they are. To me this is irresponsibility on the part of Harry Reid and the Democrat Senators.

This is incorrect, the last Republican stance was to allow a certain percentage, up to half to be invested like a 401(k) at the individual's choice. If you don't want to opt for this option, then you can stay with the current option.

I was watching CNN during lunch and they were talking about the Bush tax cuts that are due to expire. Some economists and members of Congress want at least the ones for the upper class to expire not so that it can go towards the deficit reduction, but so that they can have 70 billion more to spend. We are running North of the trillion dollar deficits for the past two years and will be for the foreseeable future so doesn't it make more sense to reduce spending instead of increasing spending and getting rid of tax cuts so you can increase spending even more?
