For research, I checked out Bill Hudak's website http://www.hudakforcongress.com/ and then a site by some guy who went into great detail as to why he thinks incumbent congressman John Tierney should be dumped, http://www.dumpjohntierney.com/ but I'm wondering if anyone else can give me other reasons? MA is traditionally a blue state so, like the Scott Brown campaign, it's just fascinating to me to watch the 6th congressional district of MA also go through a political transformation.

I love Craigslist... you used to be able to meet a chick off of it and be schwangtang a-bangin within hours of first contact..... but the "Craigslist killer" wrecked that little goldmine. Then there's PlentyOfFish but everyone out there really believes themselves when they say they want a relationship. How many times I have proven that they were lying to themselves and they all just needed some RELIEF from loneliness... not another LIFE SENTENCE (aka new boyfriend/new husband). Bow chickkkkka bow bowwwww....

Hey, I'm serious!

Think about this for a second...

1. Government pays poor people Welfare, Social Security and (fill in the blank);

2. Poor people run to the store and buy cigarettes, glass tube cigar w/baking soda, and scratch tickets;

3. Govt gets its money back from high cig taxes and abominable odds of winning on scratch tickets.

So, WE THE TAXPAYER first GIVE to the poor.

Then the govt TAKES IT BACK from the poor.

Now WE THE TAXPAYER have to buy them free health care on top of it all... gotta love that cigarettes, baking soda/crack pipe, fritos diet!

So, what do you think of a national scratch ticket.

1. 1 in every X wins health insurance that would rival that of Donald Trump;

2. 1 in every Y wins free checkups and diagnostics for the next 20 years;

3. 1 in every Z wins a half decent health insurance package

4. All those who lose can exchange losing tickets for $1 each put into a health care savings account for them.

This would:

1. Give people who are going to WASTE their money on losing odds some free health care with TAX MONEY they ALREADY got from us for one reason or another;

2. Turns a negative into a positive by teaching them SAVING; and

3. Keeps our world cleaner (eh libs, ehhh?) by all these people SAVING their tickets, and/or picking them up from the ground and keeping them out of the dumps;

4. Creates a sub-economy for those who really DONT want health care, or are already taken care of can sell/trade their Federal Scratch tickets (health care value $1/ea) for whatever the market will pay.

Maybe they can get their neighbors to pay 50c each?

What a great Xmas gift a bunch of already scratched Federal Health Care Reform Scratch Tickets would make.

Last night, I made a soup/stew concoction of

* rice;

* a bunch of vegetables (red/green peppers, onions, zucchini, broccoli);

* a can of chicken broth;

* a can of diced tomatoes;

* dash of worcestershire sauce

* dash of tobasco

It was a good size saucepan that made about 4 large bowls worth and I ate it all. So, it was sloshing around in my stomach and then I went to bed like a half hour later.

Could that be why I feel like absolute crap today? Medium headache, yukky, almost wanna puke feeling in my mouth, stomach slightly irritated, etc?

And, if so, any idea why specifically?? Is it the acid in the tomato sauce? Is a can of tomato sauce too much? or what?

I'm concerned because H1N1 is flying around now but I'm pretty sure its not that... I just feel like I'm getting a little more nauseous as time goes on.

Smugmug.com is, so far, absolutely amazing looking but it costs $39.95/yr. I'm not cheap but I'd rather not pay if I can find a photo host that meets the following simple requirements....

1. Can upload unlimited photos;

2. Can password protect individual folders;

3. My friends & family can order prints of MY pics on their own;

4. Uploader is simple and easy-to-use;

5. User interface/folders easy to navigate;

6. Customer service is decent;

7. Price is reasonable (ex. 10-15 cents for 4x6);

8. Optional - blog, or way to communicate with viewers, but not necessary.

I'm open to all suggestions such as, but not limited to, Walgreen's, CVS, Snapfish, etc... whichever ones you know about and think meet the above requirements, I'm willing to listen.

Here's my question:

Even if you don't play, you can still answer this because it's a math equation/strategy request.

When purchasing buildings, the cost of each unit goes up by 10% whenever you buy one. How can you calculate the compounding effect when trying to figure out which building is cheapest to buy.

For the non-players, here's an example:

1. Refinery - Currently $255,000 - produces $6,500 every hour - each one bought increases previous price by 10%

2. Weapons Factory - Currently $594,000 - produces $16,500 every hour - each one bought increases previous price by 10%

I'm trying to find a formula that will tell me whether it is economically better to buy X more Refineries before I buy a Weapons Factory.

Or, whether it is economically sounder to buy Y Weapons Factories and then, temporarily, go back to buying several Refineries. Etc.

I know some of you players will know exactly what I'm talking about. And those who don't play, but who love math, can surely come up with a solution for this.
